Flexural Testing Rig with Mobile Gantries
Since the year 2000, we have also developed many flexural testing rigs with mobile gantries, for fencing posts, slabs, hollow core slabs (800 kN), didactic post crippling, beams (600 kN) testings, and more. Standards : EN 1168
These testing frames are designed with a self-supporting fixed frame on which two (or more) mobile gantries move.
The advantage of this design is once again ergonomics : the easiness for loading the specimens has been a concern in the heart of the development phase.
Most of these testing rigs are equipped with sensors to measure the bowing under load of the tested elements.
